i called that one, 5 mins later CIEN up to 13 1/8. SR

My buy stop didn't get hit for some reason. I cancelled it even though CIEN traded as high as $12 5/16. I actually thought I'd get a fill at $13 1/8 on the $13 3/16 stop limit.
