Well, after much consternation I finally sold 3/4 of my position. I will retain some but not so that it represents the bulk of my portfolio. If anyone is interested these are the reasons I sold 1. We did not get the big drop I was anticipating this morning. This, IMO, means that those still in the stock are the truly long term players, willing to ride out these little setbacks. I now think that DGIV will remain in this malaise for a while and will not move up much without some verification of their financial structure and resources. There have been a number of positive releases that have done nothing for the share price. Why? Because people are aware of the potential but are waiting to review DGIV as an investment. Without this information, WE HAVE SEEN that people are not willing to invest in DGIV. Perhaps this will change but I cant see why. 2. The company has changed in my view. I no longer believe that things are being done in the best interests of the shareholders. We have myriad examples. I (and it seems many others here) have been very unsatisfied with DGIV's lack of attention to my calls and email. I invested money in this company and when I cant get information it becomes a complete roll of the dice. I am not willing to sit for that any longer. 3. From everything I can glean it may be quite a while before there is any move out of the BB world, much less the filing of the SB-10. This will hurt the company REGARDLESS of fundamentals. 4. We can all sit around and speculate about a merger or something that will speed the process. We have been discussing this possibility since April. Will we still be discussing it next April? Sure it may happen, but I have no reason to think that it will. So betting on this is again a complete gamble. 5. There are plenty of companys who dont have any of these headaches. Some of these have vast potential (as DGIV does). I think I will now only invest in stocks that reveal what the hell is going on. DGIV does not yet. 6. Alot of people are attaching importance to this NYC show. While it is nice that DGIV will be represented what good will really come of it. Increased exposure? Maybe, but still nobody is going to buy into this until they are a reporting company. Nobody of any significance anyhow. I would rather wait and see what comes of this mess than continue to be stuck in it. 7. I truly believe that DGIV will slowly drift down to around $1. At that point I will seriously consider buying more shares. Initially, I didnt think it would stay down in that range for long but after mulling it over I think it could. Again, DGIV will go nowhere until they report. We are NOT A MOMENTUM stock anymore. 8. DGIV will now IMO be evaluated much more stringently in reagad to credibility by the investment community. At the moment their credibility is shot. That is about it. I still retain a few shares and I hope to buy in once again but I just cant watch the bleeding any longer. I wish the best of luck to all who stay the course. I am not leaving, just lightening alot. Best to everyone
