Thanks for sharing your insights Rick. I am also choosing to hold all of my remaining shares. In the last few months I have been frustrated like many other investors. Yet, I have decided to be patient with DGIV. At times that can be difficult:

Last 100 day total return to investors:

DGIV -75 + %

DELL +54 % (my largest holding)

Yet, I am not in DGIV for a 1-200 day return. It obviously would have been great if I had sold at $8. I did not. I believe in Jimmy Chin and his vision still has A GREAT DEAL of potential. IMO, this stock will rise again and long term holders will come out ahead. DGIV needs to get beyond the 10sb obstacle, file with the SEC, and demonstrate that their business model will consistently generate higher sales and earnings.

Rick made a wise statement when he said: "Mr. Jimmy Chin is a very astute individual and he will do everything legally possible to take us to the next level. You can bet on that." In the next few months we will see that this may really be true.

I am going to stick with my DGIV shares.
