I'm tired of this whole thing. It appears most people think this whole issue is about Clinton's private sex life. There ain't nothing illegal about lying thru your teeth about that or anything else **UNLESS** you happen to be under oath. Perjury is a crime regardless of the circumstances. The circumstances may affect the sentence but they should *not* influence the determination of guiilt or innocence.

The way I see it, there are two questions that we have to answer:

1) Is the President subject to the laws that he is obligated to uphold??

and

2) Did he break any of those laws??

I say that the answer to #1 is a resounding YES. As for #2, there is more than enough evidence presented to indicate that the President *MAY* indeed have committed perjury and obstructed justice. Therefore the matter should go to trial, if for no other reason than to show that the laws of our land apply even to our leaders, that no one is above the law.
