Seem so far like weak cases to me. And likely to get weaker. So far certainly seems like Starr has made his absolute best case, without including any exculpatory information, in his report. More that is helpful to Clinton is likely to come out from the backup info. Not to mention on cross.

And more that is harmful, legally, unlikely. (Other than PERHAPS in unrelated areas still under investigation, though there too, I think Starr would have shared by now if there was anything notably bad that he had unearthed.)
