Using that logic how can you hold shares in GE? It's involved in an active lawsuit by the SEC. GE has threatened to sue Sun River. Call the company, if you are concerned, for an opinion. I'm not concerned by a threat of action from GE. I believe any lawsuit will end up as showing no merit and will only have served the personal interests of a few and not the interests of shareholders.
