"applications forms will be available at the Housing Department" This doesn't say anything about mortgages.The applications will "be available" Only applications to determine demand.

I don't imagine PRWT has an exclusive on building houses in any country. The government may have other local builders, just guessing.

But this does not necessarily take away from PRWT's arrangement so why would anyone assume it might? Of course you already knew this.

Jhild,

I have no intention of getting involved in one of your never ending battles of negativity. However, you seem to have read a lot more into the post made by John PD than is actually is actually in the Belize story. Then you compared the apples to the oranges, dicing and slicing away to put YOUR spin on YOUR facts, so you can create negativity or just plain confusion. The more you play this game of yours, the more people will realize just how unimportant and worthless your input really is! That's all I have to say to you for now....I am back to my lurking. Reply if you feel so compelled, but don't expect me to respond to any further drivel from you........

As usual you seem only able to read one sentence at a time. Re read this please (both sentences please) tell me where you see the gov. is taking mortgage applications?
applications forms will be available at the Housing Department. These forms will provide statistical basis to the Housing authorities to determine the demand for various types of houses.
