I think they owe it to shareholders to do as little to affect the eps announcement as possible. In another company, at another phase of its development, such an accounting action might be smiled upon by analysts. Here and now with TAVA we need every fraction of a penny they can shove down to the bottom line. Accounting nicities are not going to hold much sway, imho.

TAVA will not be releasing earnings tonight after the close from what Scott Liolios is telling me at TAVA IR. Everything is on schedule.
I also would imagine the new ORCL System would be capitalized and depreciated over X number of years instead of expensed.
