Mary - Be very very careful of their billing and what they promise you. I have serious qustions about their honesty. They were forever charging me, saying I was late when I had paid. YOU ARE VERY RIGHT ABOUT THAT. They overcharged me. But I had such a tough time getting it straightened out that I finally gave up. They normally keep their toll free lines busy and on their regular lines they keep you on hold. SO it is a lost cause any way you look at it. But they will pay for their ethics (actually lack of) when the competetion hits. Then I expec to get my overpayments refunded or they lose the biz.
