JHP, Nothing came of this action by AT&T. It was a shotgun suit aimed at many IP who was somehow using AT&Ts comm lines at a cheaper rate than agree. (Someone correct me if I am wrong) It was strictly a case of misrepresentation by a company that FTEL was dealing with at the time. I do agree that the shareholders should have been notified of the final outcome of this. I personally do not believe that anything came out of it since FTEL worked with AT&T to catch the real culprits.

JHP - Are you a lawyer or work for Starr's office. Looks like your STUCK on one subject and can't move on. Perhaps you have been using too many cigars again.
