Call volume has been heavy for a few days now. The word is definitely out on the Street that FP will be acquired. Right now I am on pins and needles, as I just recently joined FP's direct stock purchase plan (in addition to my present position acquired at $22-3/8). My initial purchase under the plan will be priced based upon the average of the last 12 days of trading before September 30. I was hoping for around $16, but I think now with the stock going up every day it will be more like the low to mid 20s. FP's plan includes no fees for joining, and a discount (recently 2%).
