I am not doubting what you say, but let me ask you this: CSMA currently has 25 mm out with 50 mm authorized. Thus, they could print another 25 mm, take whatever revs from that, and then spin off restricted shares that will never be freely tradeable. If they have no intention of registering the spun off shares, then why wouldn't they first dilute the remaining 25 mm of the authorized that they can tap into? Once a spinoff is done, the original CSMA shell will be sub-penny so there won't be alot left to draw from there. I have also been told, and Gary hopefully you can verify this, that an S1 registration is fairly straightforward.
