If it doesn't fit what is provided by the constitution, yes, he is getting away with it....BTW...Clinton lied in front of a criminal Grand Jury as well....that is not a civil court...

If we let the chief law enforcement officer in the country get away with perjury in front of a criminal grand jury, then yes, we must re-write the perjury laws...

I agree that Clinton has a "Hardship", but it is one of his own making....

Listen,,,,This guy is so good that he can lie to you and make you feel sorry for him because he had to do it....think about it!!! it is crazy...are we so concerned that the economy is going to turn down a little by loosing this guy that we are willing to sell out all of our moral standards....I for one am not....and BTW...I hope Clinton stays in office...better to have a cooked duck the rest of his term than to let Al Gore get visibility as president.....
