CIEN summary.... rumors on Reuters about possible takeover....there was another suiter at the time of the Tellabs merger. LU mentioned. Even at a double premium, CIEN said not likely to sell at these levels.

Joe just said that the stock did get a contract but the huge move is a result of the Takover rumor.... He also said that this is a $90 stock that is very beat-up... They weren't sure that CIEN would agree to takeover until stock moves up.... After the report stock surged as high as 15 3/4
