Why would you post this publicly....

Bob was informing me of SI policy on these matters.

I think it's good for people to know what the rules are and how things are handled by SI Admin.

Anyone could ask Bob about multiple user names and get that response. I don't feel he was providing me with any confidential information, so I felt OK about posting what he said.
