I did not vote for Proposition 13 because I thought the politicians would use it to punish us. They have done and continue to do just that.

The first thing to go in Long Beach were the crossing guards for the kids...Then the libraries..what a joke. Some how they found the money..after a loud cry from the citizens. State colleges cost a little more than before but still way less than Mass.
