Excellent question to Bruce and I hope you don't mind me adding my .02.
...do you sell a stock upon reaching the price objective or do you continue to hold if the P&F indicators are still good?

This depends on your plan and the market condition. If in overbought territories and indicators reversing down, you may opt to sell the position or sell 1/3 at a specific profit level. Sell the other 2/3rds as the price continues to move - kind of like placing stops.
In oversold territories if the chart continues to look good you may want to adjust your plan accordingly adding in new stop levels as the price goes up.
If you are in it just for a trade sell it at your price objective.
