Dear Bernie and Rob: Thanks for the response. I had already been over there and saw the ERICY speculation. I suppose this could hurt N if their (ATT) coverage is better and they can get up to speed fast enough. I would imagine there has got to be a certain amount of CO type gear that goes along with the handsets and that this thing isn't going to come on line overnight. I also remeber past times when there was some pricing plan or innovation that was going to knock N out of the box but it never seems to materialize. Unless ATT can get this up to speed in time to materially effect N's cash flow positive milestone than I would bet that N will weather this storm as well. It will be interesting to see where the stock open s in the AM. JFD
