TO ALL:::

anyone that is watching this show or listening... guess who the caller was that asked if SGNC was a publicly traded company??? LOL!

I said, "I've been reading a little bit about this market and have read that Eli Whitney (oops I meant Eli Lilly.. they corrected me) and
Baxter are spending hundreds of millions of dollars in this field for
a blood substitute... can you tell me if Sanguine is publicly traded
and where I can find out more info on them"?

Dr Drees was asked to answer... he mentioned "Sanguine is traded publicly on the NASDAQ electronic bulletin board under the symbol
SGNC. There were originally 12 companies in the race to find a product that works and only 3 are left. We are one of them."

I might have missed a word or two in the paragraph above..

also mentioned in the show was

1) risk blood disease growing
2) PHER-02 has 4x oxygen than normal blood
3) PHER-02 means "to carry oxygen"
4) PHER-02 can be also used an a blood expander
5) could PHER-02 replace current day tranfusions? YES
6) PHER-02 would work with cancer and stroke patients
7) 150 uses for SGNC currently though not all proven
8) NO PHER-02 risk/allergy reactions documented thus far
9) animal trials underway but 3 years probably til product ready
to market (we all knew this)
10) PHER-02 would greatly benefit bone marrow transplants
11) must complete animal trials first then several different trials
on humans
12) PHER-02 has been used to do a 100% replacement of blood in a human before although patients body obviously began producing real blood right after... mixed with the PHER-02 and created a much healthier blood
13) cost of PHER-02 will be about the same as current solutions
14) PHER-02 shelf life is much longer than real blood... I think he said 3 years... but can't remember
15) also not that it's a big deal.. but Dr Drees looked like a doctor... he looks in his late 60s or early 70s... hey perspective counts right? (reminder Dr Drees is a PhD not an M.D.) My point is that I'd hate to have seen some 25year old out there as the CEO.

also I did miss some of the show because when I was on the phone I was asked to turn off my internet connection.

ladies and gents... I'll make no prediction about price... but certainly this is and was everything I'd hoped it to be....

still the animal trials and results to be made known... and we may
not hear anything for several weeks or a few months... but at this
point and at this price... it just makes sense FOR ME ALONE to be invested here with such an exciting product...

you all do as you will... there's still lots of steps ahead.. but we certainly got some nice exposure today.

jim

now if someone will report on the CNNfn show.
