I agree. The news release by NCES management was fundamental. They indicated no real problems. Their contracts are firmly in place and they are, at the same time, reducing labor expenses by lowering their average salaries for their staff, just like the other industry players. While this is not easy to do and may entail some turnover (usually to younger hires), it should actually enhance their bottom line this quarter. So I don't see the same problems with NCES as NOV.

I'm also encouraged that they now only garner 19% of their business from NovaCare as they continue to expand.

Correction: 35% of the contracts are with Novacare. This is still much better than earlier periods when the percentage was well over 50%.
