Terry.....Management is alienating shareholders from management, not the so called "bashers". How has management increased shareholder communications and value? What has Randy done to right the ship? What happened to the shareholder meeting, better communications, explanation of 96's financials, reduction of O/S, new pro-formas that were promised this month, announcements of new contracts, sales figures for '98. I think you're blaming the wrong people. Management is the reason this company appears to be in shambles. By the way.....Who in their right mind would short an .08 cent penny stock? even if they could.

>>So Buddy, do you own shares of FAMH?<<

The classic robotic response to any FAMH criticism.

I know! Adam has a gun to your head as you post! We understand, but remember, we do not negotiate with terrorists! We will keep Adams dog until he releases his hostage shares, hostage shareholders, and leaves the company!

Irregardless of what we say, only Firamada can build shareholder value. Reporting audited 1998 results would be a start. After Firamada had bragged of becoming fully reporting early in the year, don't you think that 1998 transactions have been well booked in a manner that the push of a button will give us those results? Do you agree that Firamada doesn't require a CFO? It was such big news when they hired one. It appears to me that management is withdrawing from shareholders.

Sukey probably disagreed with company operations, so either Adam canned him for challenging it, or he resigned because he knew he could not change it. At least he knows what is going on.

Shareholders (other than Adam) are still blindfolded and gagged in the cellar of The Hotel Firamada (they moved into the old Hotel California I hear).

Buddy

Terry,

You keep referring to "bashers". What are you? If you say you are "pro" FAMH, please shed some positive light on the recent happenings with your company. Tell us how you feel privileged to be part of such a reputable company. Tell us how you are going to retire when this stock hits $5.00.

I don't know about anyone else, but I think I might short about 2 million shares tomorrow. That way I can make about 7 cents a share.

Terry, fundamentals eventually determine a stock price, along with investor confidence. Many months ago it was brought to the attention of this thread that this stock lacks both and was way overvalued.

Remember Ira's pr release whereby it included something like this, "analysts are already calling the move by IRA brilliant"...I asked Ira the simple question, what analysts follow this penny stock? No answer, of course. It was made up, as way too much is.

Investors have been duped. Anger directed at posters accomplishes nothing. The anger should be directed at the company and the present and former officers.

Good luck, this is a bad situation.
