and let's keep it in perspective r1. the failing is the delay in completing the form 10SB. a failing that many have duly (and rightfully) noted. but also note the positive. i'm not intending to make light of the matter because i firmly believe damage was done to dgiv's shareholder confidence today. but, dgiv did publicly respond with word on that issue. they didn't, as many (possibly most) bb stocks do, and just ignore shareholder expectations. so to those who feel dgiv is 'dumping' on shareholders, please reconsider how much of that perspective was frustration and how much was real. now, i don't know how quickly they can correct this one but i would expect it will be a high priority. i respect anyone's decision to bail. but i'm sticking around awhile. and if by the end of this month the filing is still not made i will publicly post my apology to paul mcginnis as our wager requires, along with a required period of absence from this board. but hey, i have my health, and with that - there's tomorrow! regards.

Looking forward to hearing from those who go to the expo tomorrow. IDT Corp is proof that a next gen telco can make money in ip-telephony. The formula for success works. DGIV can do the same IMHO.

Ip-telephony is the future, my eyes are fixed on the horizon, not on the turbulent waves of the moment. My ship is past the point of no return.
