That's the optimistic view. I don't see see Gamma's sales improving over the past few years and their profitability has been sinking. After all, for $25 MM BLUD could accrete earnings by $.15/share by simply putting the money into a decent money market fund. I don't understand the purchase and will defer to those who think they do. Maybe ReAct has possibilities we can't really grasp. Anyway, my personal bottom line is that I'm not about to sell right now, whether I like the purchase or not, so I'm not spending time worrying about it (or celebrating). I'll just wait and see the bottom line in 6 months or so.
