Nope, the only really good evidence is of very misleading testimony in the civil deposition. That at best for Clinton comes very close to stepping over the line, but even if it does, is saved by its immateriality. Due to the Lewinsky line of questioning being throw out, and properly ruled not material.

At reasonable worse, Clinton tried to avoid perjury, but failed. It was also a very marginally material line of questioning, that would likely have had no effect on the outcome of the case. Even if it hadn't been dismissed for failure to state a plausible case for damages. With the underlying subject being consensual sex, and very remotve from misuse of his powers of office.
