Let's be clear here, the OTC Bulletin Board is not a NASDAQ listing- the electronic bulletin board is a third tier OTC market which NASDAQ disassociates itself with. FRX obviously didn't make the grade with NASDAQ given its negative book value. Be aware that there is no ability to know the short position on the bulletin board- that info is not centrally maintained and is not publicly available(call them at 202-728-8477) FRX shareholders will also suffer because the spread between bid and ask will widen significantly on the BB- the market makers will see to that. Market makers will not buy your stock, they merely short into any buying you supply and buy the shares back for less(that's why there is no volume so far). Regrettably for FRX shareholders, your management has taken you from an honest(no matter how maligned)open,auction market (the VSE)to one already acknowledged to be a forum for swindles where only the market makers make the money.
