Now you are looking to anti-angiogenic. Thats fine. That is IMO one of the most promising lines of cancer research of which entremed has popularized. You have 4 (main)points to consider.
1. bpi21 is antiangiogenic
2 I-prex is antiangiogenic
3. the overall competition and the stage everyone is at
4. how antiangio fits in with the other opportunities available to X

All IMO. Consider nothing as fact.
