Why not try the Chartist Mutual Fund Timing Service and David Vomund's VIS Alert e-mail service, which each week ranks the sectors on relative performance. With very little time, you should be able to switch into the better moving sectors or funds. PHLX now has options on sectors. Seems worth a look.

Iwould be happy to correspond as you develop some ideas. I get VIS Alert, and the Chartist stock service.
