look at the number of shares outstanding post merger. also notice the minor issue with the SEC. Well, if any of their customers have overdue library books, maybe the company can book revenues from library fines.

The management team is excellent, however, I wouldn't agree that they necessarily have more relevant experience than some of their competitors. "Harvard" MBA's are filling posts in Micro Cap companies some of which are involved in Internet Gaming. The recent correction in the stock may be more reflective of a return to reality. The market capitalization for VGTI is high, although nowhere near as astronomical as YAHOO!. The company's revenues would be higher if they were serving the US market, however, given their domicile they must refrain from doing so.
