Thanks E., What your chart seems to indicate is that there has not been much buying pressure either. However, in the absence of any negative fundamental issues, I have to assume that we have, by whatever market forces have prevailed, been taken to a price that is lower than the company's prospects would deserve. NCES is doing well in what is now a low margin industry. But as the consolidation continues and the economies of scale grow better, NCES will be able to grow earnings an an accelerated rate caused by increasing cash flow times increasing margins. If each of these is linear the one-two punch will be quadratic. -Sword
