Mosel Vitelic reportedly faces U.S. ITC DRAM infringement investigations TAIPEI (AFX-ASIA) - The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to investigate a plea filed by Micron Technology Inc alleging that Mosel Vitelic Inc and its California unit infringed its patent on dynamic random access memory chips, the Economic Daily News reported. Mosel Vitelic will be barred from selling DRAMs to the U.S. if the ITC draws a positive conclusion on the infringement charges, it said.
