I guess the whole world doesn't really revolve around WSDT (Wall Street Daylight Time). I think 6AM WSDT is pretty late in Hong Kong, where RADAF is based. Every RADAF press release I've ever seen has been released at that same in-the-middle-of-the-night time :-)
