although i love you to death my jane...the smoke out produced broker presentations over the coming week in front of over 350 brokers......yes thats not enough but its taken 3 months to get management in the frame of mind to put more effort in the PUBLIC ARENA!!! i think we have accomplished that and we are on our way!!!
