I think Dr DREES pretty well gave away the answers tonight..

he said the only problem was to keep the molecules separated to carry oxygen.. plain and simple.. the older formula had too many additives to make it more like blood...

so if he can make it simple with only two compounds and still carry oxygen.. ther ya go... less problems..

3 year shelf life without refridgeration

no cross matchin

1/900 the size of a blood cell.. this is what makes it good for restricted blood vessals.. make the cells that are starved for oxygen get enriched..

and on and on and on....

TO ALL::

there's alot of excitement here.. and I don't want to take away from it... but remember most of us here have done all the DD we possibly can and are simply hoping others will find this as a nice investment opportunity as well... we see the huge publicity/real world coverage on CNN and AHN tonight and we assume that hundreds of people will rush to buy in tomorrow...

surely, that will not be the case... these people will need time to evaluate further the potential of SGNC's PHER-02... after all.. there's no income.. and limited cash and still 3 years out from product coming to market... (although buyout would be VERY likely early to mid 1999 is my guess if testing goes well)...

anyway, people.. hopefully you didn't jump in late last week ready to sell tomorrow... hopefully you've done your dd and realize that this is not the time to pass judgement on whether SGNC will succeed or not... that will come when testing results start flowing in...

but to say SGNC will definately pass or fail right now is silly... most of us here are in because of the tremendous upside for an almost exclusive market share in a $20billion industry (if my memory serves me)... at 50cents or so.. it seems to be worth the risk... at least for me anyway..

I'd simply encourage anyone who bought in... if there isn't a huge gap tomorrow and stock stays where it is for a little while... please consider keeping your eye on this one... call Dr Drees.. read the info threads here... this is one that may very well a very lucrative investment for us all...

just be smart... jim
