Karun, HOW btb is computed is something I don't know. I thought
it was straightforward?
But I wouldn't worry about small changes due to calculations.
It is clear '98 is the worst year this decade for btb. So this
buying opportunity may not come again for years.<g>

I don't have BtB numbers going back that far, but anecdotal evidence says this is the worst downturn since 1986. Some statistical evidence (like the chip ASP numbers I've posted on the Blood thread) suggests it may be worse.
