BHK gave 35 million shares to obtain all of TRITON. For that they have obtained the El Limon mine which has averaged about 4500 ounces of prodn a month this year plus over 6000 ounces in July at a cash cost of $187. They have received or will receive by Feb 99 $1.54 Million US for 40% of Manatial Espejo plus a commitment to spend a further $4.5 million US. Lets see 35 million shares times 15 cents = $5.25 million Cdn. I say that BHK got one hell of a good deal in this merger and the company is way stronger than when you started the thread. That July number alone means $600,000 US in Cash Flow to BHK. This stock is not promotional. It is a producing mining company with earnings.

Nammir Chucri....Thanks for the advise. I trust your judgement on BHK. Just became familiar with it due to the SSRIF/Globex deal. Looks like a sleeper on the surface. Will watch with interest.

What "new bunch". Ogryzlo has come from Triton yes and it looks like he now has his own picked CFO Hennigar. They both worked at Kilborn . The Chairman is unchanged as is the major shareholder Dundee Bancorp. Ned Goodman went on the board last year and he is from Dundee. It looked like today that Scotia Macleod completed their sale. They sold 465,800 shares today and 4,600,000 over the past 110 days. I ihink that we have seen the lows unless gold goes to $200
