Paul,

I had thought they manufactured bare circuit boards also, but I read in the Annual Report that they do not.

"In assembling printed circuit boards the Company purchases packaged boards with the active components already mounted and use both PTH and SMT interconnection technologies to assemble the other components onto the PCBs."

HK_Traveler made a detailed response to your question on the Yahoo Board.

IMO -While they would have some pressures, the pricing pressures are more on their suppliers because Kwanasia manufactures for specific applications of Behringer, InterTel, and others. End product assembly rather than mass circuit board production.

Did this make sense?

Best,
Ron
