I don't need the Holy in front it. How can I co-opt something that is not your's nor the state's to give? If you believe that your God sanction's only male/female marriages, that's fine, but don't presume to make that a rule for me, or suggest that I am co-opting an institution that is free to all who choose it, regardless of the feelings of others.

I've gotta bow out for the night and may not be on for a week. Please, stop your weeping. <g> I would like to continue this discussion when I return. Maybe even some of that other stuff, when I am not too wound up about it. I prefer not to speak when I'm feeling overly irritated, though I've been known to, to my later regret.
