See post by slgonzalez on Yahoo. She does great job of explaining some of the alternatives . Seems very positive to me. While I did not think there would be an early halt in Sept. I now think there is a possibility of an early halt in December which as several have discussed would "save 90 days".

My question is why was this placed in the FAQ's on the internet and not a general news release to the public through normal channels. Isn't this type information of "material" interest to all investors of XOMA and this would include those that don't use the internet for their source of information?
