No, I am not brushing aside IPR. Just b/c one has a patent doesn't mean it is revenue/royalty generating. Less than 1% of all patents make money.

That's right, the Q has more potential.

Are we going to talk about IPR again? I suggest that you look in Class 455/Subclass 4xx. Those contain the patents for all system implementations. Somewhere in those subclasses you will see soft handoff.

I view this argument as a dog chasing its tail so this is the last post on this topic.
