I wouldn't. I'd buy the stock that I thought would go up the most in the future.
I bought an undervalued stock 3 months ago. Now, its 50% more undervalued, but I am not 50% happier about that.

I am much happier about my 'overvalued' Dell, which is now even more 'overvalued' and looks like it will continue that trend today. Hopefully my 'undervalued' CPQ will become 'valued' but I'm less certain about that. Time will tell :-)
