Shane, You are a indeed a nut. Obviously, based on your demented comments, you have no clue as to the synergy of this deal. Whatever, no sense in wasting my time educating you here. That said, we'll see if you are correct. But, for the record, please state the *exact* number you are expecting to be published on the eventual 10Q for one time gains. Then we'll see who's better equipped to read between the lines to determine fact from fiction and independent thought over a CEO trying to sell an acquisition. Above all, the only pertinent issue herein is the eventual benefit to INPR. I go on record stating $750K to $1MM, and an absolute tops of $2MM. Care to make a wager who's closer? Are you claiming $30MM+ ? -Scott
