I estimate that there are about 35 million shares outstanding with perhaps 1/3 of that in the actual float. Of that float I know where about half of it is located and I don't see believe much of that will be sold any time soon. In my opinion, if there is big news, there are going to be very few shares available until the share price is much higher.

I'll see if can get a closer fix on the actual numbers for you.
