For Coz and everyone who missed the call -

Well, it seems everyone heard something else. I admit that I missed some things while taking notes but I remember (maybe incorrectly) that Don said that becoming fully reporting had not "been" a priority since he had been concentrating on the growth of the company. He admitted it was his responsibility and that he would be addressing this. I inferred that to mean that he was going to direct his energies in this direction in the very near future. He also mentioned the cost (can't remember the amount) and perhaps it was more than they were prepared to spend prior to now.

In brief summary, Don first gave a history of the company and explained the various services we offer. Suggested that anyone who had not heard one of the investor reach lines call the demo lines set up for the Tribune 800-757-1694 and/or Applied Materials 888-762-6973. He then discussed the record and playback services which began last November - the current revenues from AT&T which are 125 - 130,000 per month gross profit - and that AT&T wants to double current capacity and wants to also offer this service to their other 5 teleconferencing centers which could potentially double our business from them.

They have a signed agreement with Fronteir Confratech which is similar to the AT&T deal and they are working very hard to get that one up and going. MCI contacted them in June and want a similar deal as with AT&T. Currently they are in testing with MCI. They do 4 times what AT&T does and they believe this will double next year.

Last spring connected with GTE to c reate a survey on the prepaid calling cards. GTE is now trying to sell the cards. Michael Hutchinson has been traveling and meeting with various companies selling the prepaid calling card service (surveys) which has been extremely well met. They are currently in discussion with all the RBOC's as well as other companies. The surveys are a great marketing tool - the phone card itself is merely a vehicle in getting the surveys. Normally, it can take some time to get the results back from the survey. With TSIS, the results are real time.

Another market which is not yet tapped is the credit card market. This is 10 - 20 times the prepaid calling market and they plan on going after this market as well. Everyone has to call a number to activiate their cards, and the surveys can be part of that activation.

Hutchinson said that Ameritech was signed out of Chicago. They have a run rate (don't understand what that means) of 2 million a month. Next year, they are looking for 8 million a month in prepaid arena. Ameritech is working with 3 Com on product and warranty registration - using a call-in number instead of mail in can facilitate timely survey results.

Scott did say that a release would go out today and a couple next week. I didn't hear mention of Thursday, perhaps I missed it.

There were a lot of questions and answers and I obviously missed some of the answers. For instance, I did not pick up on the fact that we would have the financials so soon after the quarter's end - if that is true, that would be wonderful. However, I find that difficult to believe. John - did you hear that as well? I do know that with a new comptroller on staff, the unaudited were promised to be out in a more timely manner. I was of the opinion that the deadline for the audited financials was October 31 and Don hoped to have them out by early November, thus the meeting no later than the first week in Dec.

That's the best I can do in summary. I am sure that someone will jump in with clarification. There was mention of other companies coming on board - but until they are signed, I do not want to get excited about them.
