Nvidia is screwed... Here is there response: biz.yahoo.com Note that they didn't say that the patent is worthless and overreaching, but that they aren't infringing on the patent. It's funny, but their response tells me they don't have a chance. The patent is so broad they don't have a choice but to be screwed. 1) DX6 uses multitexturing 2) 3dfx has a patent on multitexturing 3) TNT uses DX6 Of course if it's possible Clinton didn't have sex with Lewinsky and OJ didn't kill anyone, I suppose it's possible Nvidia isn't infringing. :-) Pat
