Start is MSFT's third incarnation on the internet.

And they are having a really tough time getting this thing going. It's already over a year late but if they can keep IE tightly wound into Windows, then Start/MSN will have a great opportunity to overtake AOL/YHOO. Personally, I hope that this does not occur. I like it when the customer has a choice...
