Hi Rich, Did you have the pleasure of meeting James Guild when you recently visited TSIG? If so, what was your read on him and what do you think he could bring to the table. I can only assume that he got a great deal to come over to TSIG. I hope that the deal was structured on a performance basis, since that would benefit all parties and shareholders alike. My initial read on the PR was positive, and I was not expecting a boost in price. Thanks for your response and your insight......Norms
