Hu, It is nice to be able to have a handle on consumer demand. In the past I noticed that some computer peripheral dealers with websites mentioned various products as "sold out" or "none in stock" and later learned that they were ordered "just in time" from SanDisk as people requested them. The link you provided gives a more realistic idea of sales volumes. I think that $183.38 is a good price for a roll of digital film that guarantees 10 million images. Perhaps price per megabite is not a representative standard for value when it comes to those using the CompactFlash cards in digital cameras. Ausdauer
