you cant make that determination without knowledge of the contract. that is speculation.

let me assure you of one thing...dell does what is best for dell. in this case, i wouldnt be too pleased with MU. DELL can afford to buy samsungs austin semi op if they want.

If prices were to rise then having a "long term" contract would be bad for MU not good since they would then be committed to selling below (the very low) market price.

Skip, And Michael Dell has been the worst predictor of DRAM prices in the world. He last entered into long term contracts with Samsung at the top.
