I'm unclear about when the stock transaction is taxable. It was my assumption that it would taxable when the corporation sold the stock, just as the situation applies to individuals. Is there a different reading of the tax law for corporations in that regard. Additionally, I was assuming based on what Michelle said that she has a "C" corporation. The rules would be different if she has an "S" Corp. TIA, bp
