Karl --- we have had promises and excuses since Christ was a kid. It was time to show the money and they blew it! Time is quickly running out. The price will only rise so far as time goes on. It makes a big difference if it would rise from 7 or 9. They have good info to get out and have no one to do it. The only one not yet blamed is the custodian --- give him a chance and things make get brighter. The CC and some time for the news to get out may allow it to close very close to even today!
